o Monitor the F&B personnel to ensure guest receive prompt, cordial attention and personal
recognition.
o Make sure world class service is delivered to the guest and make them feel home away
home.
o Monitor junior staff and new joining, to ensure the guest is provided with special attention and
recognition.
