The Library is well equipped and functions from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Computer centre has
internet facility and is linked to a Very Small Aperture Terminal (VSAT). The Health centre and the
sports stadium have modern equipments. The University runs hostels, for men and women scholars.
There is a Post-Office, a Bank and two Canteens in the Campus. There is also a National Service
Scheme (NSS) which has been functioning effectively.
The University buses ply during morning and evening, on all working days for transporting the
staff and students. The city bus service to the University is also available, and the frequency of this
service is reasonably good.
