- Sarah was going to bring her perspective to complexity and that was the best during project x and that experience was one of the fist lessons in my life to learn how to take this role of a coach and not just as a human being….thanks to Kathia Laszlo I was able to talk about this with therapists and coaches
- My perspective on complexity was the reason to show up and provide this frame and showing up as a human being and this role of coach in transformational leadership is not about leadership but about doing and just starting to have different conversations
