with matching junk food and soda.

suicide..

: I want to recommend traveling as a therapy for stress to my fellow college students.
*As a college student, I tend to get stressed a lot with my studies, friends, family and even “ professors.”*I’ll elaborate later on the “I’m thrifty enough”.
Responsibility as a student, worker, child and other personal responsibilitiesFights/arguments
Curse = like they have anger management issues
Explore new places…Could enlighten and refresh their mindLearn new culture…increases knowledge or experienceMay earn money… there are bloggers who earn money and there are certain works where some people get paid just to travel and take picture of that place. To have fun in general…Enjoy the time of ur life..
When u relax ur mind and body it’s like recharging ur mental batteries.. So after traveling, when u get back to work or school, it will improve ur performance..According to the co-author of the Framingham Heart Study, Elaine Eaker, women who took only one vacation once every six years or less were almost eight times as likely to develop coronary heart disease or have a heart attack as their counterparts who took at least two vacations per year. For men, those who didn't take vacations had a 32 percent higher chance of dying from a heart attack than those who did take vacations.Mark Rosekind, a chief scientist at Alertness Solutions, performed a study where participants had their quality of sleep and reaction times monitored. They vacationed for a week to 12 days and they were also monitored three days before they left for vacation and three days after they returned home. After two to three days of vacation, their sleep improved and they slept an average of one hour longer and their reaction times improved 80 percent.
For me, there are kinds of traveling, the “vacation” where you have to travel far away and spend money as much as possible, like going to a famous landmark of a certain province or outside the country for weeks. Then, there’s “joy trip” or “tamang trip” where 300 pesos is enough to get out of a familiar place and have fun alone or with ur friends like for myself,, I go to pedrogil riding a bus then have a tea or coffee then go back to laguna.
like for my experience when I had an LOA.….when I have a problem and be alone or invite someone to accompany me to a coffeeshop…
Piso fair…. There are flight promos or take cheaper transpo like buses or ferry instead of planes.
And since summer is near, I hope you spend ur saved money by treating urselves through traveling so you could recharge ur minds and on the next term you’ll be more focused and improve on ur studies. thank u!
