Another update. Matt continues up the the Gamer career ladder while keeping the patients alive.

2. “Hey, stop blocking the toilet!” This isn’t a great place to fight since it’s blocking the fridge. I don’t think I want to know what Karen thinks is the toilet in the kitchen.

3. Kaylynn and Charlie also fought in the living room. This picture is pretty much only remarkable in that Mrs. Crumplebottom is dressed for once.

4. Of course, it didn’t last and I still haven’t bought her anything expensive.

5. I suppose all of the fighting got his hygiene low enough that he couldn’t wait for the shower.

6. Then, Karen got out of bed and evidently decided she was falling behind in her tally of fights with Kaylynn.

7. Social still doesn’t know what a compliment is.

8. Closer, but I don’t think Karen has a college degree.

9. “Will I ever understand something so horribly complicated?” Quite possibly not, but you’re getting closer to meeting a friendly lampshade.

10. Meanwhile, Repo’s getting good at playing the piano by staying on all day as his picture slowly turns yellow.

11. I really want to know how this argument started. I’m not photographing nearly all of the fights. I lost count a long time ago.

12. Repo’s heading towards aspiration failure, too. I think Matt might be the only sim in this asylum who’s not in red aspiration. Since Matt’s a knowledge sim who gets aspiration points for earning the skill points he needs for work, he’s pretty easy to keep happy.

13. Rats, just missed it! Social got a compliment right for once. She congratulated him on his best friend count. I think Repo’s best friends with nearly everyone in the asylum.

14. Including Social.

15. I guess I was wrong about everyone being in low aspiration. Somehow, Kaylynn and Charlie are both in platinum this morning.

16. Mrs. C still isn’t normal, though.

17. And Repo picked up another best friend. It’s really too bad he’s not Popularity or he’d be in platinum too.

18. Matt’s officially halfway up the career ladder, so hopefully they’ll get out of here before too much longer.

19. Repo is definitely a bit best friend obsessed and Mrs. Crumplebottom still isn’t wearing clothes.

20. Not to mention, she still prefers bathing in the kitchen sink.

21. Maybe Social wasn’t entirely wrong about congratulating Charlie’s reputation. He seems to enjoy it.

22. Evidently, Mrs. Crumplebottom wasn’t far behind Repo in friend count.

23. I suppose the constant fighting does provide free entertainment for the crazies. Also, note that Charlie is cheering for Kaylynn. Maybe they’re competing to see who can beat her up the largest number of times? Except that I don’t think either is winning since Kaylynn usually wins.

24. And I think they are earning aspiration points for beating each other up. No wonder they’ve kept their aspirations up so high.

25. Fortunately for me, I remembered to order groceries before Matt left for work since the fridge was empty.

26. Though he was nearly late for work as result. He had to sprint to the car pool. He hadn’t even put his hand down by the time he got there. It couldn’t be that sunny considering that it’s the first day of winter. As much as I like Mansion and Garden Stuff, a couple of the animations are kind of dumb.

27. It’s particularly strange when they are carrying something.

28. I was a little worried that nobody would put away the groceries and they’d rot before Matt got back, but that really wasn’t an issue.

29. Charlie won the race to get them…and decided to leave the groceries on the counter by the fridge.

30. Then, Social and Karen remind me of just how dumb sims can be while doing a synchronized starvation dance while the groceries rot on the kitchen counter.

31. Then, Living did this, which would have been kind of cute if it wasn’t for the fact that Social was starving.

32. Meanwhile, Karen, Charlie, and Kaylynn cope with hunger the same way they deal with all of their problems.

33. Matt did make it home in time to feed everyone and put away the groceries.

34. Mrs. Crumplebottom had a bladder failure in the bathroom.

35. I don’t know why Social decided to try out sponge bathing. Nobody was using the shower next door.

36. “Wahhhh!” “What’s wrong with this guy?” He just lost another chance card. This time at least he was demoted instead of fired.

37. What do you suppose Mrs. Crumplebottom would cheer for?

38. I turned the camera to find out what she was watching, and it turned out that the TV was off.

39. Kaylynn, why did you pick that sandwich instead of the one on the other side of the table? “This one has special green spice!” Well, she didn’t get food poisoning so I suppose it worked out ok.

40. “Huh, another fight.” I have to agree with Social that fights kind of lose their excitement when they happen every thirty seconds.

41. We are now two weeks into the challenge and Matt’s only halfway up the career ladder. I’m glad I decided to play with aging off or we’d probably have lost Karen and Mrs. Crumplebottom to old age by now.

42. Mrs. Crumplebottom is definitely the most interesting character in this asylum. She’d be odd enough if she stayed in character, but between her dislike of clothes and elder bladder she’s just bizarre.

43. She’s still great at wrecking romantic moments, she’s just developed new strategies for my challenge since she hasn’t got her purse.

44. One thing that works out nicely for Matt in this challenge is that he doesn’t have to do much cleaning. Living is scrubbing things constantly and takes out the trash around five times a day.

45. I think cleaning up under the shower might work better if you waited until it wasn’t in use and fixed it, though. He can amuse himself for hours mopping up the puddles that a broken shower leaves.

46. How many sims can fit in the shower at once? Evidently at least five.

47. Completely out of nowhere, I saw hearts flying. I can only guess that Repo decided to flirt with her. Maybe he was jealous of Social and Living? He is a Romance sim, after all. He’s probably BFFs with everyone in the asylum, though, so I have no idea why he’d pick her.

48. Karen’s not having quite as good of luck, but maybe she could make it to the bathroom if she wasn’t busy beating up Kaylynn.

49. While Matt was at work, somebody tipped over the trashcan. I didn’t see it happen, but hopefully he gets back before we have a roach infestation.

50. This relationship is still just bizarre. I really don’t know what else to say about it.

52. And then she decided to pet a skunk. This challenge has definitely proven to me that Mrs. Crumplebottom belongs in a mental hospital.

53. Monday of week three, Matt is promoted to Guild Leader, ninth level of the career. He got another chance card, but it emptied the bank account instead of getting him fired or demoted like the last two.

54. Then, I got a popup that Repo was sick with food poisoning. Hardly surprising considering what I found him eating.

55. “Does fighting Kaylynn your back as sore as mine?” Maybe these two will be my third couple. It makes a weird kind of sense since they are always together fighting Kaylynn.

56. Mrs. Crumplebottom has her third sponge bath in the kitchen sink.

57. “One more level and I’m out of here!” Matt invited La Shawn over so he could date himself into platinum for that last promotion.

58. And it worked! Matt has a permanently shiny, platinum plumbbob. He got home from work…

59. And passed out from exhaustion. He worked the whole night before to make sure he had the friends and mood he needed for that promotion.

60. I introduced him to the energizer since he’s thoroughly earned it and the challenge is over.
