3. Adarsh Co-operative Housing Society is located at Irani Road,
Dahanu and companies of 54 flats. It is a registered co-operative
housing society. There are many irregularities in the society which
often goes unnoticed. Some honest and conscious members have
asked for a emergency general meeting of the society to discuss

Mr. Sunil Paranjape, a member of a society who has allotted a
flat on the ground floor has dug a basement under his flat
without seeking permission either from the society or the
corporation. His contention is that he is not using any extra floor
