As a teacher I should have the ability to teach, motivate, train, guide and influence students. Each child is unique I should know the needs and peculiarities of each child and deal each child individually to bring out the best by providing a safe and secure classroom environment. , focusing on child centered learning. Teacher should help the students to develop respect for themselves, others and the environment with a broad outlook. Teacher should help them to integrate into the wider world by removing any ill feeling or hatred towards anybody.
