improvises quality of life and
participation, encourages an
understanding of oneself and others.
It helps develops relevant knowledge,
skills and values for our children and
promotes lifelong involvement in
physical activity.

to develop a wider perspective of health
and to teach them how to live a healthy, fulfilling and
active life and become a responsible and productive
