QUESTION 6:
WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT ABOUT TECHNOLOGIES
FROM CONSTRUCTING THIS PRODUCT?
USE OF CAMERA…
Before starting on my Media AS level course, I
had never used a camera professionally, only
when taking pictures on holidays or on
celebrations and I think it took me a while to be
able to become confident in using a camera.
Since doing our preliminary task in the beginning
of the school year, I believe that I have improved
and become more conscious on getting the right
composition and applying the rules of a third.
Through out the whole of filming, we had used
the same handheld HD video recorder and we
had equally shared out the same amount of
camera time for the movie. The only problem we
had while filming was that we had to make sure
that no moving cars or planes were visible as we
had to make sure the streets were ‘empty’ to be
able to fulfil the plot of our movie.

6. What have you learnt about technologies from constructing this product?

  • 1. QUESTION 6: WHAT HAVE YOU LEARNT ABOUT TECHNOLOGIES FROM CONSTRUCTING THIS PRODUCT?

USE OF CAMERA… Before starting on my Media AS level course, I had never used a camera professionally, only when taking pictures on holidays or on celebrations and I think it took me a while to be able to become confident in using a camera. Since doing our preliminary task in the beginning of the school year, I believe that I have improved and become more conscious on getting the right composition and applying the rules of a third. Through out the whole of filming, we had used the same handheld HD video recorder and we had equally shared out the same amount of camera time for the movie. The only problem we had while filming was that we had to make sure that no moving cars or planes were visible as we had to make sure the streets were ‘empty’ to be able to fulfil the plot of our movie.
