Duties & Responsibilities:
• Ensuring the company's finished products comply with company specific norms.
• Record data daily and check standard specifications during production.
• Collection of samples for analysis; physical, chemical and microbial analysis.
• To manage and control all activities in quality controlling.
• Conduct monthly warehouse visits raw materials checking and GMP audit.
• Evaluate finished products by sensory and physical analyses.
• Troubleshoot in – line problems to prevent quality issues.
• Conduct GMP and Food Safety training to production and store personnel.
• Preparing & conducting trials to improve & maintain the quality.
• Audits ingredients in process, compares with standard and detects variation.
• Documents all evaluation/audits results using established formats such as Process
Inspection Reports, Quality Advice Notes, Weight Control Charts and Defects, Inspection
Report.
• Verbally call the attention of all those concerned regarding a problem situation/variation
outside standard tolerance and require those concerned to take immediate actions.
• Qualifies finished product prior to release.
• Samples and evaluates finished products in accordance with established procedures and
guidelines.
• Audits GMP and sanitation every shift and highlights to Production leadman for corrective

designed by Desmet Ballestra Milano Italy using Linear Alkyl Benzene (LAB),Fatty
Alcohol (1Eo,2Eo,Primary alcohol) & Ethoxylated Alcohol, R.O water, Dry Air and
Caustic Soda and Sulfur as Raw materials. Plant is operated by PLC system.

• LABSA 96% (Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid)
• SLS 30% (Sodium Lauryl Sulphate)
• SLES 1Eo 70% (Sodium Lauryl Ether Sulphate)

QC LAB TESTS:
Following tests perform in QC Lab:
• Acid value by using NaOH solution
• Active matter by using Hyamine
• PH and free alkalinity
• Water content in sulphonic acid
• Color by using Klette
• Gas Chromatograph to check dioxane
• Density and color for raw materials
