What are My Tokens?
My Tokens are variables that you can use in your Event, which is a
special type of Program.
• My Tokens enable you to enter information pertaining to your Event
in one place, replace that information with a value you specify, and
retrieve this information in other parts of the application.
• Local Tokens – Exist at Campaign folder or Program level.
• Tokens can be inherited across all programs at the folder level or just
the program level.
• Tokens can be overridden by values at the program level.

What are Snippets?
Snippets are reusable blocks of content, such as an email footer,
introduction text, or a special offer.
Snippets can consist of text, tokens, and/or images, and you create
Snippets in the Design Studio using a rich text editor.
Snippets can be used in multiple places.
You have the option of making a Snippet dynamic by using an approved
Segmentation, or you can leave them static.
