Ryan C. Heffernan was trained at the San Diego Culinary Institute. He received an Advanced Professional Diploma in Cuisine Commis Culinary, and went on to intern and apprentice with various chefs and restaurants. He completed an externship at the Grand Del Mar Hotel in San Diego. He worked directly with amazing chefs who were able to train him how to work in a high end restaurant. Ryan C Heffernan, who is also passionate about Surfing, specializes in cooking seafood. His specialities include maple salmon, tilapia scampi, and fish tacos. In this presentation, Ryan highlights some of the food which have helped him as a surfer looking to improve his nutrition.
