I've a substantial track record of work in the IT industry and as a researcher in Information Systems in academia. Over the last ten years I have been teaching quantitative methods and statistics at postgraduate and doctoral levels. I am using the combination of IT and statistics (typically using the R language) to explore Big Data and data science. More generally, I am studying the potential of business analytics for value creation (and destruction) on organizations and society.
