According to the Orlando Regional Realtor
Association (ORRA), decreasing home
inventories caused the median home price to
increase by 15 percent in June 2016 as
compared to June 2015.

3. ORLANDO MEDIAN HOME PRICE
 The inventory in Orlando logged 12 successive
months of year-over-year decreases. The month
of June had the sharpest decrease of 11.85
percent.
One factor in the rise in buyer demand is low
interest rates. Increased demand along with
declining inventories has led to the median price
rising to $207,000. This the highest recorded
since July 2008. Existing demand actually
contributed to a 5 percent increase in sales as
compared to May, despite a narrower selection
of available homes.
