I mean, you are really sleeping?

Do you spend much time moving from side to side
of the bed, thinking about your problems?

More than 100 ideas to avoid it, divided in different fields

Focusing principally on the sleeping problem
caused by yourself. Not by external reasons
Take some products before sleeping
 •Relax Infusion

 •Anti-coffe (reverts the action of the caffeine).
       It must be invented

 •Avoid going to sleep at least 2 hours after eating
       too much. A device with a clock can help you

 •Calming pills

 •Your favorite food

 •Stop taking caffeine during the day
Remember good moments before
        sleeping (10min)
•Show videos of a good moment you spent
•Relax music
   •Before sleeping
   •While sleeping
•Yoga session before sleeping
•Reading novels with happy endings
•Relax bath before sleeping
•Sleeping detector hat that tell you when you are
 prepared to sleep (the previous activities should take pla
until the hat is active)
•Previous activities are repeated every 30 min if you are no

•A podometer records the energy you have spend and
       prevents you to sleep if you have not spend enough
•Incorporate also the food you have taken, so all the fat
       (calories) you’ve taken should be wasted.
•4kg weights should be lifted before going to sleep every da
•Go upstairs and downstairs a few times everyday before sle
•It can be repeated every 15 min you are in the bed without
•Running around the neighborhood every day
•1 h sport everyday

•Fighting against a cuddly toy with the face of
 the person you do not get on well
Laughing is beneficial for good sleeping

    you are in a good mood

•Read some jokes before sleeping
Having fun before sleeping

•Play some child game that brings you good memories
    when you were a child

•Solve the problems before going to sleep
•Avoid any stressful situation each day. Conflict avoidance
•Quit your job and start doing what you have ever wanted
•There are always people who are still worst than you
   •Watch videos of people suffering
   •Take some holydays to a poor country
   •Visit a community kitchen
   •Create satisfaction by helping others
      •Became volunteering helping
          homeless people
      •Make a donation
Boredom can also make you sleep
•Start reading some study books from the university

•Counting sleeps

•Watch boring scenes of movies before going to sleep

•Watch a movie in a language you do not know

Achive short term objectives
 Every week some objectives are planed and must be
          completed, otherwise you can:
•Lock the bed linen drawer
•A disturbing sounds is produced every 30 min
•The clock alarm is activated randomly before it should do
•Your mobile phone is locked 24 hours
•Electric shock randomly when sleeping
•Time in the clock is changed
•Light cannot be switched off
•Take some holydays to the place you have ever wanted
•Take some holidays and flight to the next destination
      in the airport
Having a healthy live

•Eat Mediterranean food

•Work out

•Have a routine for sleeping

•Go working by bike instead of by car
To be distracted by doing:

•Making craft
•Making a puzzle
•Writing a diary
•Writing a book
•Learning a new language
•Starting a new hobby
•Gossiping about people you know in Facebook or Linked
•Tweeting that you cannot sleep
•Writing a blog about your interests
Meet new people

•Go to the bar and share your problems with others

•Meet people in chatroulette

•Discover new people with the same hobbies in the Interne

•Talk to random people in the street

•Search for possible solutions in the Internet
