0.4 V/muS and a bandwidth of 1.5MHz. With a Unity Gain Amplifier what is the maximum
sinusoidal input? Write its equation.
Solution
let the input be Vi = Vp * Sin(2pi*f*t )
dVi / dt = 2pi* f * Vp * Cos(2pi*f*t)
Slew rate = dVi /dt max
so Slew rate = 2pi * fmax * Vp
so 0.4 * 10 6
V/s = 2pi* fmax *Vp
Volatge swing is 15v
so maximum output volatge amplitude is 15V
since it is a unity gain amplifier, max input amplitude can be 15
So Vp =15V
so
0.4 *10 6
= 2pi * fmax *15
fmax = 424,41 Hz
Vi = 15 Sin (2666.67 t)
