shown specifications, lower price than the Xbox one but better specs
than the Wii U, it also has GDDR5 RAM which is better than the Xbox’

2. Although the Xbox one had an earlier release date in the EU which
took attention to that first being an early first new gen console it has
lower specs than the PS4 with a lesser RAM type, it also costs $100
more to have with the including of the Xbox Kinect which allows
more game developers to specify around using that.
The Wii U has more user interactivity but lower specs than the PS4
and Xbox one, it’s also cheaper than them too, but it requires no
subscription to cost online.
DDR3 runs at a higher voltage that GDDR5 (typically 1.25-1.65V
versus ~1V)
DDR3 uses a 64-bit memory controller per channel (so, 128-bit bus
for dual channel, 256-bit for quad channel), whereas GDDR5 is paired
with controllers of a nominal 32-bit (16 bit each for input and output)
