capacities and have motivated my colleagues to exceptional efforts as well. As detailed on
the attached resume, my achievements have been in the areas of billing, credit,
collection, training, and, most critically, customer service. I now wish to apply all the skills
and perspectives nurtured in the past, to future successes as Any Company's Customer
Service Representative. Upon review of the posting on your organization's website, I was
immediately inspired to present my candidacy and request an interview.
In my current position as customer service supervisor, I maintain the efficiency, accuracy,
and customer-friendly aspects of a complex billing system. To do so, I set policies and
