How to best align your Leadership and Management approach
Purpose
This one-day workshop takes you on a journey of knowledge sharing informed by evidence-based research,
enabling you to understanding how you can work with Resistance to Change. This becomes an enabling
experience for yourself and your organisation in times of change or business as usual.

Leaders and Senior Managers motivated to achieve greater performance and alignment within their
organisation. Enabling greater understanding and enhanced management practice taking account of the
dynamics associated with an organisation’s maturity level and typical behaviour during stable and changing
times.

Review evidence based research ‘Resistance to Change’, learning > 15 classic symptoms of
‘Resistance to Change’, and the 9 actions you can take to ideally never experience them again.
Explore the backbone of the high Performing Organisation and how the organisational dynamics
alter over time, demanding three different ways of acting and thinking to be successful.
Leave with a tool that you can use to measure and diagnose your organisation’s level of maturity
resulting in an action plan to move forward with greater insight and understanding.
Background
One of the frameworks we supply is the Grow Through Change Framework Version 2.0
shown in the illustration. This framework has been developed as a result of prime
research with 16 change leaders with combined experiences spanning > 55
organisations. Operating within Oil and Gas, Professional and Financial
Services, Public sector, including two District Councils and a Police
Collaboration Programme. This research was completed in 2012; we then
went on to investigate both organisation and leadership maturity models
resulting in this holistic framework for Change and Performance
improvement in any organisational context.
We run this workshop in East Berkshire, UK based on demand. This is
typically on a weekend so no risk of organisational downtime. Please let us
