•But the real question is : “why use Oracle
Database for ingesting this data?”

‣It’s much more expensive and over-
engineered for the job compared to Hadoop

‣Being ACID-compliant, it’s going to incur
more overhead = less ingest capacity/hour

‣All the community and vendor property graph
expertise based around Hadoop
