One of the reasons why we do nothing is
because we do not know what to do.
or…
We forget what we want to do.

So, make sure we know & do not forget what we
want to do by writing it in a “To Do List”

With “To Do List”, we will have a tool to
monitor all of our activity plan and check
whether they are already done or not.

So, we will be helped to ensure that all plan
are completely done.

And believe me, with the same 24 hours in a day,
we will be able to do more things.

We need to write because our brain capacity is
having limitation & can not remember everything.

And remember, when we were in school we
always have a writing book & write everything
that we think important on that book.

If having a writing book as our working book is
a good behavior, why today we are not continue
doing it ?

In our working book we can write our “to do list”

Or, in our working book we can write anything
and use it as a place for our idea repository, so we
will be able to see it again later
in the future.

Working book also very helpful when we are
attending a meeting, because we can write
any important note & idea that related
with the meeting on it.

Please do not try to attend any meeting without
bring a working book or other note tools. If you
attend a meeting & bring nothing, it could be
mean you are not ready for the meeting.

become the most frequently used channel to
communicate with our colleagues or customers.

email and follow up it if needed.

re-check it again later to ensure that
everything is done.

Sometimes, when we are in the bus (or in the train, or in
a queuing) we are thinking about a very good idea
and planning to do it later.

But, when we have time to do it, we forget what
the idea is. And we force our brain & spend much
time to remember it again.

This condition makes us lose the opportunity to
do a good thing & improve our productivity.

We can avoid this condition by writing the idea
immediately when we are thinking about it.

By writing & record our idea, we will have an idea
repository that will prevent us from forgetting &
losing the idea.

can open again and read what we have written
