WARMING UP
• AIMS
-To give personal information about a famous
character written, It means some examples.
• PROCEDURE
- Teacher shows students a picture about a
famous character.
- Teacher starts giving some personal
information about this person, such us: age,
where his lives, his occupation and favorite
activities, etc.
- Makers
- Paper, pens and pencils
- Picture

PRESENTATION OF THE TOPIC
• AIMS
-Teacher tells the class that today they will be
considering personal information. In order that
students remember vocabulary about the topic.
• PROCEDURE
- Teacher asks what they think personal information is. Teacher writes on the board their ideas and
shows the class the definition of “Personal information”
“Personal information is information about you. This includes your name, address, telephone number. It
can also be your school, the type of job you do, the things you buy when you are shopping and what
you like to do in your free time.”
-Teacher asks to students if they have doubts about grammar mistakes.
- Content: What's your first name?, Where are you from?, What's your job?, What's your address?,
What is your phone number?, How old are you?, Are you married?, What do you do in your free
time?, What is your favorite food? Other personal information.
I’m/he/she is, I live/he/she lives, etc.
ACTIVITY
• AIMS
- Students’ challenge is to write (on the pupil sheet 1) about their
characters and give their personal information. Then, they will have
to expose orally in front of the class, this information.
• PROCEDURE
- Teacher carries pictures about famous people and divides
the class into small groups.
-Teacher invites the students to choose a picture of a
famous person such as an actor, pop star or sports
personality.
- Teacher asks to students to write down (on the pupil sheet
1) as much personal information about their chosen person
as they can.

Invite the children to choose a famous person such as an actor, pop star or sports
personality. Challenge the children to write down as much personal information
about their chosen person as they can. Can they find all the information shown on
the second PowerPoint slide?

Those pictures have the description of the information that students have to give. It is two examples for the
students
EVALUATION
• AIMS
-Students have to complete two identity cards, using the activity
seen in the previous. but now about themselves (first person)
• PROCEDURE
-The teacher will give each student two identity cards.
-Students must be filled the two identity cards with appropriate
information according to each field.
- This quiz will help the teacher to verify proper understanding of
the subject by the student.
-Evaluation sheets: These identity cards are designed to reinforce
the learning of personal information.
