25. “Reality Gaming”
with global resources
Reality Games we play with real people:
Fish Farming is a global micro and macro
industry. The internet is packed with lessons
of over breeding tilapia or cannibalism with
catfish. All of this realtime knowledge is
shared between the world fish farmers. New
technologies and access to resources are ever
changing and available across country
boundaries.
Aqua farming is way to large and ever
changing topic to be self contained within a
single gaming architecture. For this reason,
reality gaming leverages the global web to
provide realtime content that is 100% relevant
to the farmer, no matter where they are.
The GLF Method involves starting with a
problem, discovering solutions on the web,
adopting choices, collaborative discussions
and sharing the end results.

27. How to use this game
This four way game is designed to
help you design a functional
business plan to build a real fish
farm.
Note: Unlike self contained
artificial environments, this game
uses live, dynamic internet
information and real resources.
When finished, the
student/farmer will have a
legitimate plan to work from that
is 100% localized to their needs.
FOUR WAYS TO PLAY
1. Explore: The user can skim through the intro
video at the beginning of the tracks to see if they
are interested.
2. Solo: An individual can take all the course
tracks, research the game and the Internet’s
resources. The end is a business plan. If you
make money, you win, if you spend more than
you make, you lose.
3.Group/Advisor: The best way is for two or
more to research, debate and adopt the
resources they need to build and maintain farms.
If you make money, you win, if you spend more
than you make, you lose.
4.Planning & Deployment: Once the plan is done,
a file is generated that has all your research and
planning
