  34. 34. SIMPLIFY PUBLISHING & APPROVAL… If the confidence is lower than X% (70% in this example) then we can email an identified expert and have them approve (confirm) or decline and provide the correct answer.
  35. 35. AUTOMATED Q&A RESULTS… This results in both the system learning the answer and the answer being shared with the requestor. It helps these experts maximize their time so that they don’t answer the same questions again.
