For the employees tobe eligible inthe study, theyhave tobe regular,eitherclinical andnon-clinical employees,whohave inthe service for2 years
and above.Onlyemployees whoseage isat least20 years oldwill be includedinthisstudy.

(OCQ;Mowday,Steers,& Porter,1979) whichwill be usedtomeasure employeecommitmenttoworkorganizations.
