States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, for the admission pto hac vice of Jeffrey
W. Kelley (the "Admittee") of Troutman Sanders LLP, Bank of America Plaza, 600 Peachtree
Street, Suite 5200, Atlanta, Oeorgin 30308-2216, to represent the Allied Systems Holdings, Inc.
and Allied Systems, Ltd. (L.P ,) (the "Alleged Debtors'') in the above-captioned chapter II cases
