2. Howdoesyour
idea relate to
geospatial
technology?
John Hoopes on page 71 of his dissertation on Spatial
Data Science writes:
‘This work was inspired in part by the author’s recognition
of enormous opportunity being missed. Legions of sensors
are being deployed and connected to the Internet - in
theory, able to provide information feeds to people who
could derive value from that information. However, due to
the current configuration, based on client-server web
paradigm and an approach that is often required that
private interests are placed over public ones, much of the
value to humanity being created is being lost as the
relevance of the data fades as it is left siloed on its device
or in a proprietary relationship database.’
Ricardian Treaties and the paradox of priority of
individual choice over the collective choice, that’s exactly
what I’m trying to solve with geospatial technology!
4. Describe the
problem your
business issolving
The startup supports established institutions
optimizing the ‘Last Mile Delivery’ to urban densities
surrounded by the London Green belt. In theory it’s
described in LeanSix Sigma, SCRUM, SAF Agilist,
electro-technical and other methodologies.
5. What arethetop
threefeatures of
yoursolution?
1. Automation
2. Sourcing of the best products shipped to the central
planning bodies awarding contracts and property
developers
3. Integration with Smart Home on big tech platforms:
Google, Amazon, Facebook, Apple
6. What arethe
objections/greate
stchallenges to
youridea?
1. Ambition of a social enterprise that we have usually
comes second to co-ops and individual interests
2. Strategic accounting is one of the greatest challenges
of every merchant
3. UK’s Net Zero does not represent a genuine global
ambition to adhere to the Paris Agreement
7. What stepshave
youtaken to
validate the
market?
Validated the assumptions with an online
questionnaire to test the demand
The findings uncovered that most of the respondents
buy cleaning chemicals in advance, but buy the interior
lighting goods last minute
9. Howdoyouplan
toacquire new
customers?
By using the ability to detect urban densities with
topographic layer and targeting for bids using Land
Registry’s info the stratup will be able to operate at the
‘right’ side of the price elasticity of demand graph.
11. What isyour
revenue model or
expectedrevenue
model?
To provide predictive maintenance (PdM) to foreign
homeowners in UK located and detected by use of
topographic information stock needs to be acquired.
With the stock in 3 months the cashflow will be
positive again.
14. Howlonghaveyou
beenworkingwithyour
co-founders andhowdidthe
co-foundersmeet?
With the tech-savvy community I recently met at a
remote hackathon during the global lockdown
Partner in the economic side of things is a long-time
connection. We met a decade ago during a summer
internship in Roland Berger Strategy Consultants
GMBH in Moscow
15. Please explain
whyyourteam is
uniquely qualified
tosolve this
problem?
We have the right location for in scope investigations,
before we start to scale. Furthermore, I will let the
team speak for itself and I’m working towards an
electro-technical certificate that will help with sales
18. Haveyoupreviously

19. Howwould you
benefit from
being apart of
Geovation
Programme?
To consolidate the team I need the accelerator, because
with official funding I will be able to attract & with the
guidance provided develop the top talent.
20. What isyour
unfair advantage
inmaking this
venture
successful?
Reading a map can be the biggest challenge of our
generation. A flanuer in the urban dwellings, a bike
messenger downtown, a driver of a light commercial
vehicle in the metropolitan area need a map.
Spiers Lab co-funded by the Ordnance Survey at the
Institute of Behavioral Neuroscience in UCL ‘clinically’
tests spatial cognition on fMRI. They concluded that
spatial cognition changes consumer behavior.
I argue that ability to change behavioral economics
with a map is the unfair advantage.
