Khalil Jadili traveled to Dubai with the Palestine Children's Relief Fund to receive prosthetic limbs after losing both legs in a shell attack on his house in Gaza.
Khalil's positive spirit, courage and love for sports inspired everyone who met him and helped him become the first Arab double amputee Scuba Diver.
