Company Scope
“2B Partners Consulting” exists in order to deliver pragmatic solutions to our
client.

We do not add complexity to what is already complex. If we judge that we are not
capable of providing the necessary aide we will say so before assuming any
commitment.

Our differencial is in the “delivery” and in the belief that the value we add through
our work must be captured by the customer.




Mission
•   Transparency: Omission is a waste of time. What one knows is known and
    what one has done was done. What one does not know he does not and what
    was not done wasn’t!

•   Performance: this is the objective of any organization. The measure of our
    performance is the solution of the client’s problem.

•   Innovation: there is always a way of doing things better, faster, with less effort
    and at a lower cost. Constant innovation and striving for more cost effective
    solutions is fundamental.

Rubens Batista Jr, Sócio
  +20 years of experience as executive in large European multinationas:
  Carrefour (Retailer) and Makro (C&C Wholesaler). Experience in Brazil
  and abroad. In his career occupied positions such as Controller, CFO,
  CFO & EVP for South America Region and CEO.
  Under his responsibility in “2B Partners” are the disciplines of Consulting
  & Advisory, Partnerships and Intermediation.
