o Oyster.com is expanding and are looking for a
freelance photographer in Detroit to join their team.
o As a photographer for Oyster, you will visit hotels in
your local city and take hundreds of high-quality
photos at each hotel. In addition, you will also travel to
cities around your region of the country in order to
photograph more hotels. They are seeking experienced
photographers who are dependable and responsible.
3. Your responsibilities will include:
• Taking a high number of photos at each hotel you visit
• Traveling to cities in your region to visit hotels
• You will be expected to be quick at answering emails and phone calls from Oyster
• You will be responsible for foldering/organizing all photos and sending them to Oyster
Requirements:
• Must be based in Detroit
• Must have prior photography experience!
• Must have an online portfolio to send us
• Must have one of the following DSLR cameras: Canon 5D Mark II, Nikon D700 or
Nikon D3s.
• Experience in architecture or interior photography a plus
• Must have a flexible schedule during the week (candidates with full-time jobs will not
be considered)
• Must be willing to travel within the region for days at a time
• Professional writing experience a plus

Requires at least a masters degree
Located in Novi, Michigan at The Art Institute of
Michigan.
The part time instructor facilitates meaningful learning of the
course competencies in the curriculum and proactively supports all
facets of the learning environment. S/He provides education
through learning-centered instruction that will enable graduates to
fulfill the evolving needs of the marketplace. S/He encourages a
culture of learning that values mutual responsibility and
respect, life-long learning and ethics as well as personal and
professional development. This position is part time/adjunct only.

6. Job Requirements
Knowledge: Bachelor's degree in a field related to the classes to be taught with a Master's degree
preferred.
Zero to two years experience in instruction or formalized education process, preferably in a post-
secondary or college institution.
Membership in a professional association tied to area of instruction preferred.
Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to build successful
relationships with student populations.
Outstanding conflict resolution skills.
Demonstrated time management and detail-oriented skills
Computer based skills (i.e., software, analytical, and report writing skills )
Abilities: Ability to work effectively under pressure and to meet frequently occurring deadlines.

7. Interactive Graphic Designer
Description:
If you're an experienced graphic designer with national award-
winning potential, and are looking to blend your talents with a
dynamic creative team, then we'd like to hear from you. We are
seeking a highly artistic, creative and talented web/print
designer to be part of our new interactive design division
working closely with both new and existing clients. You must
be an Adobe Creative Suite master with an emphasis on
Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Flash animation; coding
and Action Script experience is a bonus. This position requires
the conception and creation of compelling, original interactive
and non-interactive designs, along with the ability to work well
within a highly diverse and creative team.
8. Requirements:
* A strong artistic and visual eye for design, applicable
to both print and web based projects.
* Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite.
* At least 2 years branding, print production and
prepress experience.
* Solid understanding of designing for the
web, including its limitations and challenges.
9. Bonus Skills:
* An understanding of, and/or the ability to
write standards compliant CSS, (X)HTML,
CSS, JavaScript and PHP.
* ActionScripting 3.0.
* Video production and editing.
* Studio photography experience.
