• 86% farmers are now come under the category of small & marginal
• Input requirements of farmers/ last mile retailers are very low in volume
• They have no bargaining power
• Moreover many manufacturers are working in monopoly model
• The constraints of Availability & Quality of inputs increase the cost of farming
• Options for brand neutral quality & price comparison of input not available
• Customized package of practices of crop protection management not available
What is our solution?
• We are creating Crop based virtual Farmers’ Group (VFG) & POP based
simplified supply chain
• Current trend has facilitated development of geographical clusters of crops.
• Enhance the volume and consistency of homogenous practices in order to have
better bargaining power while selling the harvest and purchasing the input,
Efasal is endeavoring towards creating crop based VFGs.
• Efasal will further enhance the ROI of farmers by facilitating the crop based
VFGs with package of practice (PoP) based cultivation plan enriched by relevant
technical experts
• Currently there is no electronic platform which provides farmers the complete
spectrum of category based agro inputs where in the farmers may discover and
compare the products based on quality, price, durability, productivity, other
farmers’ feedback etc. Efasal offer such a platform to the farmers

• E-fasal mobile application is an interactive social e-commerce platform with the special
features of “VFG”
• This will serve as efficient tools for promoting market based agricultural practices &
homogenous crop clusters with homogeneous POP, consistent quality and huge quantity
• It is a One stop agro solution brand neutral platform with vast spectrum of
product/service/solution portfolio, their quality and price comparison facilitating farmers
to make unbiased optimal decision
• This platform facilitates farmers with special “Group Buying” feature
• The “Group leader concept of the application will promote rural agropreneurship

● Creating Crop wise VFG will liberate market economies of scale at both ends
● Developing crop wise package of practices will reduce cost of cultivation and cost

About the Target Market eFasal is focusing: Competitors
● Conventional dealer distributor channel :
● There are more than thirty thousand dealers who are highly unorganized and having limited
product mix in their portfolio.
● These dealers’ network mostly work on credit model
● Many of these dealers are selling spurious low-quality products which give the dealers’ high
margin and often these products are sold without bills and therefore keeping no evidence of
selling point or taking no responsibility of the quality and evading government taxes
● Expired and duplicate products also moves through this supply chain proving baneful for the
farmers and harming natural resources therefore causing significant financial losses and crop
failures
● Agro-input startups
● Most of the agro startups have imitated FMCG model on e-commerce platforms which is loss
making and highly capital-intensive model
● Most of the agro startups have limited product mix ( such as unavailability of fertilizers etc)
● Most of them are trying to disrupt the prevalent ecosystem which has its own merits of risk-
mitigation of agriculture domain

What is our solution? • We are creating Crop based virtual Farmers’ Group (VFG) & POP based simplified supply chain • Current trend has facilitated development of geographical clusters of crops. • Enhance the volume and consistency of homogenous practices in order to have better bargaining power while selling the harvest and purchasing the input, Efasal is endeavoring towards creating crop based VFGs. • Efasal will further enhance the ROI of farmers by facilitating the crop based VFGs with package of practice (PoP) based cultivation plan enriched by relevant technical experts • Currently there is no electronic platform which provides farmers the complete spectrum of category based agro inputs where in the farmers may discover and compare the products based on quality, price, durability, productivity, other farmers’ feedback etc. Efasal offer such a platform to the farmers
