controls and claims management experience prior to establishing our consulting careers.

We establish cause effect relationships, and develop defensible and persuasive opinions relative to the
responsibility for problems and resulting schedule delays and cost overruns.

Forensic Analysis & Expert Testimony v Preliminary investigation into the merits of the case. v Documentation and substantiation and discuss claims with relevant members. v Documentation for use in the dispute including stating the contractual position, programs, schedules, and analysis of cause and effect including detailed costing. v Undertake and advise about negotiations and tactics for the successful resolution of disputes. v Monitor each stage as to the prospects for the future course of the dispute. v Prepare documentation for various formal construction dispute resolution processes including; adjudication, arbitration, commercial court, mediation and conciliation. All of these activities are carried out in tandem with lawyers.
