All temporary and student employees are on a bi-weekly pay cycle already.
Approximately 25 regular (exception hourly) employees will transition to the bi-weekly pay cycle effective March 2, 2014.
In summary, what does this look like:
Time cards and report of absence forms are eliminated effective March 2, 2014.
March 2 – 8 & March 9 – 15 is the first 14 day pay cycle.
The first bi-weekly paycheck on March 7, 2014 .
A voluntary transition assistance plan will be offered to regular employees to include:
Tax free pay advance, interest free, payable upon separation from APU
Or
Offset with vacation time
Or
Opt out (non of the above)
