First place we chose for feasibility analysis of opening MacDonald’s was Opera house, Charni
Road, Mumbai 400004.
BACKGROUND
• Operahouse, Charni Road, Mumbai 400004.
• The shop is on the ground floor bay back view building, New queens Road, opposite Charni Road, Station
East, Mumbai.
• The area is a good location for MacDonald as it is commercial area, resident, there are colleges nearby,
hospital, beach side area. As it is the most crowded area in the weekends
• And as it can attract the student body and the employee.
PURPOSE
• Suggesting MacDonald Space as it is allocated in such a space that has a good customer. As it lots of school
area, two college area, 50% commercial area, next to Charni road station and 50% residence.
• To great good space for chilling and gathering space for college student, and also for commercial space.
And school going student and kids.

Second place we chose for feasibility analysis of opening MacDonald’s was Omaxe chowk, Chandi
chowk, New Delhi-110006.
BACKGROUND
Omaxe chowk, Chandni chowk, Delhi-110006
Omaxe Chandni chowk is an upcoming project in Chandni chowk. It is a commercial project covered in area of
4.6 acres or 10 lakh sqft. Chandi chowk is surrounded by historical monuments like Red fort, Jama masjid, sunehri
masjid and sisganj gurudwara and ravidas temple etc. and has a major landmarks and locations. This area is very
important for running of markets of Delhi and India.
Omaxe is located in Chandni chowk which has big businesses and consumer base. In an average footfall of 6-8
lakhs including tourists and businessman received in the market. According to Walmart report (2014), Chandni
chowk has USD 700 billion turnover by 2020. It is biggest wholesale market of India. It is very crowded every day
because it has all types of business like foods, textiles & clothes, electricity, shoes, books, all wedding items,
jewelry etc.
PURPOSE
Want to open a MacDonald’s restaurant at Omaxe Chandni chowk. Macdonald is an international brand which
has a good consumer base and seeking for expansion in Chandni chowk by opening a restaurant in Omaxe chowk.

and the crowd comes in amass in Chandi chowk during festive season and wedding season. So Chandni chowk
is evergreen market for any restaurant and business. Basically, restaurant earns from the crowd coming for
marketing not from local people. Because the average crowd of Chandi chowk is middle class and they favour
more Indian food other than any So MacDonald and any other restaurant mostly depend upon footfall in market.
People regularly come for old Delhi and Chandni chowk for taste the traditional and Mughal type of food in old
Delhi like Paranthe Wali Gali,, Jama Masjid, Karim, Al Jazeera and many more. So, opening of MacDonald’s in
Omaxe chowk can become very successful by adding another menu on people’s menu.

BACKGROUND Omaxe chowk, Chandni chowk, Delhi-110006 Omaxe Chandni chowk is an upcoming project in Chandni chowk. It is a commercial project covered in area of 4.6 acres or 10 lakh sqft. Chandi chowk is surrounded by historical monuments like Red fort, Jama masjid, sunehri masjid and sisganj gurudwara and ravidas temple etc. and has a major landmarks and locations. This area is very important for running of markets of Delhi and India. Omaxe is located in Chandni chowk which has big businesses and consumer base.
