7. WRITING LETTERS By Marcela Heusdens & Agustín Soria I’m fine! Monte Grande is a small city. The buildings are very old. There is a church in the centre of the city, five minutes from my flat. In the centre there are some bars, clubs and restaurants. I share a flat with my boyfriend. It’s in the avenue in front of a supermarket. The flat’s quite big. It’s got two bedrooms, there are lot of windows in it, it is very well-lit. My room’s got a bed, a big window and a tv but there isn’t a wardrobe. There is a sofa in the living room and some shelves with books. We eat here, watch tv and listen to music. In the smallest room I can study with friends or alone. See you soon Marcela. Hi James, I’m fine too. I’m here now in Quilmes city. This city is beautiful. There is a commercial centre, there are flats in the centre of the south country. There is a cathedral around the centre place. This is a cosmopolitan city, there are many people from the world such as Italian, Brazilian, Japanese. This is 30 minutes from the capital. My house is ten minutes from the centre. I live in a small house with two trees. I’ve got two dogs. In the living room there isn’t a bar, but there is a big window and a tv with a dvd player. There is a small tape recorder. There are three rooms for my children. My room is big. It’s got a wardrobe but there isn’t a tv there. See you soon Agustin.
