Being a doctor, it is very important to be healthy and
look fit so I never forget to exercise daily. Fitness is im-
portant these days as most of the people are suffering
various health problems at a young age so there is a need
to stay fit and healthy.
WHAT’S THE SECRET?
Basically I am very strict with my exercise and diet, but
there are one, two days in a month when I pamper myself
with some sweets. So, this one day gives me an incentive to
work hard the rest of the time. I treat myself only if I have
reached the planned targets. This is how it works for me.
When a person is enthusiastic for something
then the word laziness vanishes. It’s very easy
to say all this and when the real situation
arrives, majority fails. However, there are
some, who, with their sheer will power,
condition themselves to following a strict
routine and keep their cravings under control.
And they are the ones, who, at the end of
the day, flaunt their perfectly proportioned
bodies and stand out in the crowd. This week,
Manisha Mahindra graces the Fit and Fab
column of Daily Post and reveals the secrets
behind his enviable frame.

then do yoga in morning and

cardio exercise for 5 days and
light weight training exercise
for 4-5 days.
Even go for swimming during
summers.

few remedies to make your hair look smooth this season.
 Apply Natural Conditioner- Applying a mixture of egg white, curd and
olive oil for ten minutes and then rinse it. This will add smoothness to
your hair.
 Control hairfall- Apply curd and olive oil mixture for at least half an
hour before wash to control hairfall.
 Finish Dandruff - Applying a mixture of olive oil and lemon on your
scalp, this will reduce dandruff. This must be done after every fifteen
day so as to finish dandruff from your scalp.
 Have Spa at Home - Use hot towel after applying conditioner for ten
minutes and then rinse your hair to have a natural spa at home.
 Before Ironing your hair- Apply any heat protector seerum before
ironing your hair. This will protect your hair from some amount of
damage atleast.

to the Punjabis to
maintain peace
and calm in the state as some
anti-social elements wanted
to disturb peace and harmony
in Punjab.
Satinder Satti was in Ludhi-
ana to inaugurate a fashion stu-
dio of designer Pankaj Thakur.
She said that earlier also Pun-
jab has come out from the bad
time in the days of militancy
and again some elements want
to disturb peace and harmony
by hurting the people with re-
ligious issues. She hoped that
People of Punjab will under-
stand the motive of anti social
elements and maintain peace
and harmony in the state.
Earlier also, famous singer
and actor Gurdass Mann, Jazzy
B and many others while con-
doling the present situation in
the state also urged their fans
and people of Punjab to stay
united and strong.
