Project: ECMS International SOS Implementation
International SOS provides planning, preventive programs, medical, clinical, and security services to
organizations with international operations. The contents of corporate portal and other associated portals are
managed through CMS(Content Management System).
Responsibilities:
• Customized and supported activities of applications

Project: HCM/RentMdoule/ Admin Portal/Hub portal PD portal/Balic Chat
HCM: This module is pertained to registration and processing of claims (cashless and Reimbursement)
Work flow of re-imbursement and cashless is divided in to 4 stages as listed below:
 Inward and scan
 Tech assessment
 Medical Assessment
 Qc and Approval
A cashless policy is where the insurer settles the claim directly by making the payment on behalf
of the insured. The Reimbursement policy requires to pay for all the expenses first and later reimburse the
expenses.
The documents are then in-warded in system and 2d bar-coding is done. The next assessment is
done on the coverage under the policy. After the claim is registered, the billing details are filled after
technical assessment. Then Medical Team Will determine whether investigation is required or not.
Rent Admin: Rent Admin Module (Bjaz/Balic) is property management product. This module
incorporates comprehensive methods for calculating property charges to property's with multiple owner-
clients as well as single owner.
It consists of single as well as multi owner property’s management. This will capture details
related to lease details, landlord details, agreement details, Escalation details, payment option details and
Financial Details. It also generates cheque numbers for property's which are eligible for payments the same
can be done by finance Dept users. The system also does escalation hierarchy related to agreement expiry
date and Rent Due dates depending on the time period of the particular property.
Admin, Hub and product Portal:Through This module’s employee of Bajaj Allianz (Life and non
life) or Agents of Bajaj Allianz can raise a request ‘s related to admin problems or Policy issuance
problems in hub’s this request will be further processed based on approval’s from his reporting and admin
or hub authority. It will consist different department and correspondingly responsible people for each
branch across all over bajajallianz branches.
There will TAT for each and every request raised by the user according to that the responsible
engineer for that particular branch will take necessary action about the same issue. User can raise issue
related to different application. Escalation for any request will happen automatically if it exceed’s the
target date for the request (Ticket).

Communication Management System (C.M.S) is communication between customer and service
provider. This business communication is linked to one template and templates can be in text or html
formats. This Communication can be configured in data base. It consists of Extracted data, message body,
SMS/MAIL templates and Data source, Email Id, Mail approval. Communication is having different data
source and format. A communication may have multiple templates and each template may have separate
sql or stored procedure which populates the data into the template.

means of location transfer and primary sales to sales channel (Dealer), capturing payment transactions
against sales made. This project mainly contain two parts such as ipos and CRS. In ipos Inventory for all
types of ITEM Transaction will be done. In CRS customer related transaction will be done.
