Currently working on talent management and strategic efforts for the Portal Team in Brazil. As of today, I have a team of 12+ developers reporting to me spread across multiple Scrum Teams. We provide a large scale Platform as a Service (PaaS) application to multiple ADP Products, like WorkForce Now, Vantage and SmartCompliance and RedBox. We serve 200,000+ clients and 20+ million user in United States and Canada. The teams have daily contact with Brazil, India and US teams to integrate and align work being done in PaaS. I'm also facilitating the work on the PaaS Triage Team, where we provide development support to external teams integrating with PaaS.
