BI environment provides decision support on various retail business areas like Merchandising, Category
Management, Store Operations and Customers. The BI Technical Infrastructure consists of Micro
Strategy, Netezza, Informatica, Tibco and other in-house tools. With around 6 Terabytes of data, more
than 3500 users, more than 2000 MicroStrategy reports and multiple ETL job load - maintenance and
administration of complete environment plays a key role. Both Management and Optimization becomes
critical for the Application (AMNO).
