Remi-Armand Collaris is an Agile Facilitator and Management Consultant at Ordina and trainer at Lagant, both based in the Netherlands. He has helped a number of financial, insurance and (semi) government organizations implement Agile to improve IT effectiveness using tools like Scrum, XP, RUP and Lean SixSigma.
