This document outlines objectives and action plans for leadership development, improving outcomes for Maori students, strengthening teacher skills in literacy, numeracy and assessment, and advancing technical and technological capabilities for elearning across a cluster of schools. Key actions include monthly principal meetings, guest speakers on teacher training, exploring pedagogies to meet the needs of Maori learners, cross-school professional development sessions, and continuing an initiative for audio/video language teaching through a virtual learning network.
