6/18 a Florida license plate was stolen from a trailer that was parked at a residence on Washington
Avenue in Orange Park.
6/20 miscellaneous items were stolen from an unlocked vehicle in the Orange Park Mall parking lot
near Dick's Sporting Goods on Wells Road.
6/21 an Xbox game, money and other items custom decals were stolen and other items damaged in
an attempt to pry them off of a wall at a residence on Foxwood Drive in Orange Park. Highway in
Green Cove Springs.
6/18 a purse and other items were stolen from the floorboard of a vehicle with the windows cracked
open at Planet Fitness on Wells Road in Orange Park.
6/18 a golf cart was stolen from the front of the leasing office at Landmark at Alexander Pointe on
Burwick Avenue in Orange Park.
6/21 a Florida license plate was stolen from a vehicle parked at the T-Mobile store on Blanding
Boulevard in Orange Park.
6/20 a BB gunshot broke a window on a parked vehicle on Southampton Drive in Middleburg.
6/19 a Florida license plate decal was stolen from a vehicle that was parked overnight at a residence
on Wesley Road in Lake Asbury.

2. Burglary to Structures
6/18 the living room window was broken at a residence on Guava Court in Middleburg.
6/18 an object was dropped on a vehicle going under the overpass at Plantation Oaks Drive in
Oakleaf Plantation.
6/21 a bedroom window was broken with a rock at a residence on Lombard Street in Orange Park.
6/21 a leaf blower was stolen from an open garage at a residence on Pebble Brooke Circle in the
Pebble Creek section of Oakleaf Plantation.
6/18 a Florida license plate was stolen from a vehicle that was parked overnight at a residence on
Candler Court in Lake Asbury.
Criminal Mischief
3. 6/21 a storage shed had holes put into the drywall and graffiti was written on the walls at a
residence on Rockhammer Court in Maxville.
6/20 a wallet left unattended in a shopping cart in the parking lot was stolen at the Walmart on
County Road 220 on Fleming Island.
6/22 an unattended cell phone left plugged into a socket behind a bench was stolen at Skate Station
on Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
6/19 items were stolen from Progressive Wellness Center on Wells Road in Orange Park.
6/22 tires were slashed on a vehicle parked at the rear of the parking lot at the Golden Corral
Blanding Boulevard in Orange Park.
6/20 firearms were stolen from a residence on Fleming Street on Fleming Island. There were no
signs of forced entry into the residence.
6/19 an unattended cell phone was stolen from a couch at The Smokey Barrel Vapor Company on
Mink Avenue in Middleburg.
6/20 an unsecured bicycle was stolen from the upstairs front porch of an apartment on Burwick boat
graphics Avenue in Orange Park.
6/20 a window was broken out of a parked vehicle on Stafford Drive in Orange Park.
6/22 tires were slashed on a vehicle parked at a motel on Wells Road in Orange Park.

6/19 a fence panel was broken at the entrance to the Clay County Utility Authority Property on
Waterford Oaks Drive inside the Fall Creek section of Oakleaf Plantation.
6/20 a Florida license plate was stolen from a vehicle that was parked for six months at a residence
on Blanding Boulevard in Middleburg.
6/19 a rear French door was shattered rear at a residence on Northglen Circle in Middleburg. Bryan
Jennings Elementary School on Corona Drive in Orange Park.

6/20 a gate was damaged at the Gold Head Branch State Park on State Road 21 in Keystone Heights.
6/22 a Florida Driver`s license and debit card were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a
store on U. 6/18 a window was broken on a portable classroom at S. There were signs of forced
entry into the business.
