ovulation and clomid?
i am on 50mg of clomid i started that on cd6 of my cycle finished cd10 and i am on have
discharge on cd12 and i heard it makes u dry little down there and i kind am but right in opening
where ur vaginal opening is of cervix area i can wipe all round there and have discharge and it
white stringy looking and kind of watery to does that mean im getting ready ovulate or that i am
on ovulating according to ovulation calculator is 18 to 28 fertile window. with me being little dry
but also feeling wet cuz i can feel it sliding down like im going start my period does that mean
there’s enough to make it to where i get pregnant this month i have been having sex almost
every other day since ive started clomid pill this month what do u think my chances could be
and when should i start feeling pregnancy symptoms they say my period should be round 5/6/12

Can Clomid affect Ovulation Predictor Kits (OPK)?
When I use an OPK I show a positive, but based on an ovulation calculator, it shows I should
ovulate later than what the test shows??
Does anyone know what really to go by?

Hi krissi…i used opk’s several times and as i hav long cycles..i hav to use it frm day 12th till i
ovulate..but everytime when i did it i got perfect results…and i muself was on clomid but it didnt
effect my results in any way…but to be 100% accurate one should use opk after 10th or 12th of a
cycle..and one thing i wish to advice is dont take any tensions becoz stress can effect ur
tendency to get pregnanat…even i was soo stressed out in 2nd month that i did ovulate but didnt
get period and was not pregnant..so for the 3rd month i really was not so much in to it..we were
plannig avacation so i was cool and that helped me…so its my advice not to take any sort of
tension..and just for sometime turn ur mind on other things…Hope ths helps…let me know if u

Clomid and Ovulation question, Please Help!!?
I have been ttc for over 20 months now with pcos, and my dr is going to let me start clomid this
cycle. I will be taking my first pill on March 1, and my last on March 5 (cycle days 5-9) If i
ovulate, will i ovulate on the days that the ovulation calculators say ( march 8-13) or will it be
different? Also how soon will i be able to take a pregnancy test? I go back to the dr on April 7,
for blood work, but i was just wondering if i could take a hpt sooner. He wants me to wait until
the 7th so that way if i dont get pregnant i will have already started my period and he can start a
different med.
Sorry i forgot to tell you all that i have been taking metformin for over a year now, so they
started clomid with it.

to start off i will tell you i was trying for 5 yrs. And than i saw a different gyno and started a
treatment of clomid. I started my meds in aug of 2008 and i had a dr apt sep 2nd and i was not
pregnant. Well i decided to sit sept and oct out and not take anything and start over in nov. Well
the gyno told me to continue to track my ovulation so i had my period sep 8th. Man i was
bummed out thinking well this is not my month but i ended sep 14th and i had intercourse on
the17th. I started testing on the 18th to track my ovulation and i ovulated on the 23 and 24th

4. and had intercourse on the 25th and 26th. Well somewhere in that time i got pregnant. Found
out on oct 14th. So just make sure you track your ovulation. You usually ovulate two weeks after
the first day you start. And i know its expensive but i used the clearblue digital ovulation test
(like 30.00 at walmart). Well i hope this helps you if you want to know anything else let me

I’ve just found an ovulation calculator while taking clomid. Might come in handy. Check out

and i have done alot of research
my last clomid pill(100mg) was tuesday days 3-7 im now taking mucinex and i;v been testing for
that ovulation since yesterday

about clomid cramping..?
I started clomid 50mg sept.23 days 1-5 and the clomid ovulation calculator says I should be
ovulating oct 2-7 I have been having really bad cramps to where it hurts to even move certain
ways and to have sex. I don’t know if this is really normal or if it is ovulation.. Just wondering if
antone else has experienced this before I call my Doctor.. Cramping is a little better today.
Everywhere it says when you ovulate too that you should have like a egg white discharge and I
did not. Do you have to have discharge?

One of the side effects of clomid is cramping. It also can enlarge your ovaries which could lead
to severe cramping. Your doctor should have you coming in for a progesterone test to see if you
