drinking more water.
v Listen MORE to the body and LESS to the
emotional mind.
v Am I really thirsty for soda or water?
v Do I really want a drink or just want to fit in?
v Am I just bored or do I want this cup of
coffee?

v Deep breathing improves EVERY situation.
v You fill your lungs with air and your body
with stillness. Pure love.
v You focus on the PRESENT moment and
not the NEXT one.
v Starter deep breathing:
v  In breath – 3 to 5 count
v  Hold – 2 count
v  Out breath – 3 to 5 count
