Former tennis player field, having served from 4 to 13 years old by the International Club (Santos-SP).
Former athlete base of Santos FC, acting as an attacking midfielder and striker - 1977/78
Ex-athlete Citrosuco Paulista futsal, acting as wing and pivot - 1982/83
Club that was created and developed the first concepts of the Project PAR: Santos FC - 1987/1988

Scientific work in Orange FC (Los Angeles-USA)________________________________________________
After a period of monitoring the training of Orange FC team selected a period of 60 minutes under controlled
conditions (good lawn, reduced field to allow greater participation of the athlete) to perform a practical
experience with a group of athletes , and 3 athletes of the group would record the number of passes performed
(short, long, creeping, air). For each occurrence of a failed pass, the activity was interrupted and, at that very
moment, he wondered what the athlete occupied the thinking at the time of the pass.
Statistical practice:

Run 85 passes - 100%
23 passes flawed (no planned destination) - 27.05%
Athlete "B"
Run 102 passes - 100%
36 passes flawed - 35.29%

After a period of 15 days of monitoring, identifying the emotional residue eve of training, as well as ways to
control them through the practice of the concepts of predictability affective, cognitive and space-body athletes

Action Project PAR___________________________________________________________________
Area: Football Department - Base and Professional
Description of activities:
1 ) Presentation of the PAR Project for athletes , informing about the guidelines and objectives of the PAR ( slides ).
Follow within specific activities , athletes of all categories , according to criteria priorities . The PAR Project aims to
train the athlete within a desired profile of high yield, makes no distinction between athletes and imposes no
requirement of characteristics / skills for sports training and framework adopted in profile ;
2 ) Individual service to athletes , when the situation requires ;
3 ) Ensure alignment of athletes in activities, monitoring the dynamics of athletes at practices and games ,
identifying and controlling emotional residue eve of drills and games to not generate income or oscillation of the
same conflict , as well as promoting the integration of personal skills and personality traits of athletes within the
dynamics of practices and games in order to ensure the unity of the group , to promote meetings dynamics of
group pre -and post- game , whenever there is a need to discuss expectations and instabilities ;
4 ) Monitoring and care to athletes of the Department . Physician, noting the emotional conditions of each athlete
in relation to individual stages of recovery ;
5 ) Periodic application of space - perception exercises body within the schedule of training ( capacity
enhancement team not conceding goals ) ;
6 ) Application of periodic exercises of observation moves - double within the schedule of training ( foster and
enhance the trip and the resumption of the ball ) ;
7 ) Application and measurement of TPL- PAR test, which identifies the ideal high performance psychological
profile ; identifies models of leadership and relationship dynamics / posture of athletes in different game
situations ( in favorable result in unfavorable result, pressure opponent, conflict with opponent ) and TMOP-PAR
test, which measures the oscillation of thought athlete in practice in order to identify the emotional content that
interfere with the athlete's mind and lead technical failure ;
8 ) Monitor and control the antagonism x superiority -inferiority in this activity, the main destabilizing factor of a
team ; enhance the condition of "serving to be served ," fundamental psychological characteristic for the
preservation of psychological unity of the group , the distinction of athletes but also among athletes in their
personal and sporting characteristics compromise the collective performance of a team ;

9 ) Periodic Control performance-based central tenet of thought ( Environment Axis , Functionality Axis and
Reaction Axis ) and rates of evolution of active predictability in the activity ( affective , cognitive and space- body );
10 ) Explore the structure of thought of athletes as part of the psychological area and determining the high-yield ,
improving aspects of Predictability in Principle entered the PAR Project - Affection (identification of behaviors that
impair high performance - compared with group colleagues , opponents and arbitration ) , Cognitive ( explaining
the operation of thought in the assimilation of existing types of movements and guidance on the proper way to
maintain a high level of predictability , reasoning and memory, in order to develop practical action in this poststage ) and Space ( using cognitive thinking as part of the reference guide athletes as to improve the space - body
perception and visual ability to perceive the space , avoiding shocks and incorrect placements ) ;
11 ) The PAR Project is responsible for an intermediate between the professional staff and the Under- 20 in order
to prepare it in specific functional profile of the developed methodology . The working system is descending ,
initiate and monitor the professional team and the intermediary between the U-20 . The methodology is applied
to the U-20 and will gradually be introduced in the categories below , under-17 , under- 15 , under- 13 and under11 .
