 To ensure that accurate fund valuations are prepared and processed in a timely manner within prescribed control
procedures on the relevant systems.
 Work closely with the counterparts in jurisdiction to ensure that the valuations are accurate and delivered on time.
 To answer queries from the functional areas on any issues pertaining to valuations , meeting the required work standards
and time scales.
 Computation of NAV, preparation of valuations.
 Pricing of securities,performing capital activities thatinvolve booking of Subscription & Redemptions in the fund; Perform
Position and Market Value Reconciliation.
 Booking of expenses and accruals.
 Reconciliations of brokerage and custodian accounts to underlying records.
 Data Analysis.
 Train the new joiners in the team.
 Liaise with applicable Fund Administrator/Manager and obtain information as may be necessary for valuations .
 Interaction with Fund Administrators at Business Partner location as and when required.
 Working on Bloomberg to check the corporate Actions and Details of any security.
 Managing the team in the absence of the team leader.
 Interact with Business Partners for queries on regular basis.
 Valuation of Hedge Funds.
 Escalation of issues.
 Investigate and resolve any queries raised by Fund Administrator/Manager.
 Help to ensure that optimum quality and standards are achieved through effective external and internal communication.

Taxation
 Ensuring adherence to compliance of all direct and indirect taxes in terms of timely filling.

 Domestic Taxation (Conducting Tax Audit under section 44AB of the Income Tax Act, preparation and filing of
the income tax returns, computation of deduction for various sections of Chapter VI of the income tax act and

 Preparation of all e-TDS returns, TDS certificates & assist in all other TDS Compliances.
 Drafting and Preparation of reply in response to questionnaire issued by the Assessing Officer during the Assessment

Audit
 Preparation of layout of audit program including definition of the scope of audit, key areas of concern,
delegation of work to team and deadlines to ensure the quality and timeliness of audit;
 Played key responsibility in conducting the audit assignment including the below:
- Highlight the key audit finding and discuss the key finding with the client to ensure effective mitigation
of audit risk;
- Review the effectiveness of the applicable laws, rules and regulations applicable to nature of the
business of the client;
- Review the effectiveness of the internal control systemmaintained by the client;
- Checking and finalization of the Financial Statements in accordance with the applicable accounting
standards, Companies Audit Order Report, 2003 and Revised Schedule VI.
