This document summarizes the performance of various Local Committees (LCs) of AIESEC Italy in the fourth quarter of the year based on various parameters. It places the LCs into three clusters based on their average scores for performance and health. The top cluster has the highest average scores above 2.3, while the second cluster ranges from 1.51 to 2.3, and the third cluster ranges from 1 to 1.5. Several LCs improved their cluster ranking from the first quarter, including Catania, Venezia, and Milano Cattolica who moved into the second cluster. Pisa, Bolzano, and Trieste had average scores of zero so could not be ranked in any cluster.
