Scope of Work:
The overall work scope and responsibility synopsis of the contractor mentioned hereunder:
1. Dismantling Planning and supervision by understanding the targeted plant layout and permanent
structures position. The process should be done in most cost effective manner by reducing the damages
to the targeted plant permanent structures and walls.
2. Guidance on technicalities for safe transportation of such dismantled plant and machinery to the
destination. However, it includes only planning and advisory part for the company and not accountable
for subsequent transportation.
3. Layout planning, Erection and installation planning and supervision at HTPL Plant by understanding the
plant existing layout.
4. 4. Possible extent guidance on all required new civil structures and removal of existing civil structures
before starting the erection process of new plant which is enable to save the time and other resources.
5. Coordination and guidance with electrical, mechanical, technical, maintenance team to complete their
relevant tasks in smooth and optimum manner with .
6. On completion of installation work at Hilton plant, trial production run, output speed and quality check,
observation and ensuring of all automation systems functions up to standard intensity.
7. Proper and adequate practical training to the Hilton team to understand the whole function and process
system of the new plant.
8. Submission of required machine drawings, specifications, dimensions report etc pertaining to this plant.
If not readily available shall coordinate with Hilton Team to liaise with GPI for getting such drawings.
9. Time to time guidance and advice on safety measurements to the team working in the relevant plant for
specific work.
10. Coordination with entire Hilton Management, their authorized representatives, Authorized Contractors to
advice and guide on specific information submission, to resolve any technical issues, to complete the
entire task in smooth manner as scheduled.
11. Timely coordination with Godfrey Philips India Limited’s Team to get required technical and task related
information and relevant approvals to be completed before staring the dismantling work to avoid the work
risk, time and other resources.
12. As a first step of task implementation, overall task planning and scheduling from the starting date to
ending date by considering the work scope mentioned above to be prepared and submitted to Hilton
management and to be briefed it in a smooth manner for their clear understanding of the entire
assignment.
Contract Period:
To complete the entire task entrusted and defined in the scope of work has to be completed in six months wef oct
