moment…
It is an incredible, amazing,
pump, that pushes blood
through your entire body
every second, minute
and hour of the day

have a resting heart rate

increased heart rate
do to your
body?

7. Think of your body as a car. If
you let your car sit in a garage
for months and started it every
once in a while, it would start to
rust and wear out for lack of use.
Oxidation will set in and your cars
radiator hoses will become
brittle.
Why?
Because no water has been
flowing through them
at a steady rate of speed. Your
tires will also go bad quickly
because they have not
moved...your tires will oxidize and
become brittle

Do jumping jacks
Rent an exercise
video and do
aerobics while
watching it
Join a gym
No excuses!
