It helps brands communicate effectively through various digital platforms. It follows Agile methodology and uses tools like Asana, WordPress and Mailchimp. It has experience with projects for companies in various industries like education, retail, tourism and non-profits. POLICIES AND TERMS
WARRANTIES
★ Deliverables are provided with a 12 month warranty for bugs. These will be fixed at no extra charge.
★ This warranty period is extended by 6 months for every USD 36,000 of project value.
★ We warrant deliverables will not infringe upon intellectual property interests of any third party.
SUPPORT AND SERVICE LEVELS
★ Client service hours are from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am and 6pm, and excluding Thai
public holidays.
PAYMENT AND PRICING POLICY
★ A payment schedule based on milestones is always agreed upon prior to project launch.
★ Clients may request changes to the agreed scope. In the event the client makes such requests, we will make
efforts to implement requested changes at no additional expense, and without delaying delivery.
★ In the event the proposed change will, in our reasonable opinion, require a delay in delivery or result in
additional expenses, we advise clients in advance of the additional costs and time needed.
★ Handover and deployment of deliverables of is subject to completion of all payments.
